1. Pour a packet of 2.7g of nasal wash salt into the bottle with 37C~40'C warm water to the 300ml mark position line, and configure 0.9% concentration of cleaning fluid. 

2. Select the rinse head: For children aged 5-12, the slow-flow rinse head (porous rinse head) is preferred for adults, the uniform flush head (single-hole rinse head) is preferred. 

3. Start the nasal wash in the correct posture: lean forward, low your head, slightly tilt your head to one side, hold the bottom of the bottle valve hole, invert the bottle body, rinse the head against one side of the nostril, open your mouth slightly, breathe with your mouth (not Breathing with the nose), the fingers release the valve hole, the air enters, and slowly inject the cleaning fluid to start nasal wash. 

4.After washing your nose, wipe it off with a clean paper or towel.
